ADMINISTRATION

The Solomonic throne of King David—and the living authority that proceeds from it—rests upon the principles and ethical foundations established by His Imperial Majesty Emperor Haile Selassie I of Ethiopia. Qadamaweh Law stands as a legal and spiritual mechanism formed through Indigenous law, charter law, and ancestral jurisprudence. It functions as a manifestation of the living entity and emporic force of the ancient dynasty of kings, aligned wholly with the throne room of Solomon and David.

Qadamaweh operates with complete and infinite independence, unrestricted by conventional jurisdictions and governed solely by its inherent sovereign freedoms. The High Custodian and the Keeper of the First Seal are not subject to any government or self-appointed earthly authority; they answer to none except the Emperor Himself.

Qadamaweh is sanctioned under the sovereign order of the Crown, recognized by members of the Law Society, and established through Indigenous authority and international legislation in Canada. It shall not submit to any directive from foreign or domestic powers. Its mandate is autonomous, its authority inherent, and its purpose immovable.

The administration of Qadamaweh investigates, mediates, and issues demands under the seals of the Godhead and the ancestral lineage of the ancient Tribe of Judah. Should its rights, freedoms, or dignities be violated, challenged, or denied, Qadamaweh will exercise its lawful powers through civil torts, spiritual intervention, investigative action, peaceful protest, or international human-rights tribunals. These measures shall be applied to any individual, agent, ruler, government, or alien entity that obstructs its passage or infringes upon the protections guaranteed under international charters, treaties, and the universal rule of law.
