The Rastafari Royal Hebrew Israelite Ethiopian family is one of the most loved and respected families worldwide. With its vast contribution of sacred truths, rights, education, farming, self-empowerment, self-tutoring, physical and spiritual guidance, motivation, love, trust, honesty, transparency, accountability, and herbal holistic health awareness. These Hebrew Israelites, the Jewels of Jerusalem are the said royal family who had formed The Za Dynasty in Ghana (300 AD), where the Ashanti Kings and Queens are descended from, which are the same Hebrew Israelite Ashanti Maroons of today, in Jamaica, The Caribbean and throughout the Amaru Almexi (The Americas). We are the same people, one black people, matters what we knew of our history very well and it will not be written by the colonizers.

The Heartical Rastaman through his loving vibration of the nyabinghi tradition and a cultural path had maintained the fight of battling against the police for the keeping of his locks, something that is naturally his by birth and in due conscience reserved all rights to grow his locks and his children in the likely manner of his indigenous culture, therefore, setting his family and household in such cultural and revered order of HIS MAJESTY.

The Rastaman is the Messiah spoken of in the bible and for further clarity, he is the person growing and wearing his locks in today's world and society, therefore the Rastaman is the Nazarite who is the same person who had taken the Nazarine vow onto the Almighty God of Israel that no razor should go upon his head as written in the scriptures. ( Leviticus 19 v 27:30 and Numbers Chapter 6)

It is a perpetual covenant, between the Almighty God of Israel to grow his locks as a sign that they will not follow the idol god of Egypt Babylon neither shall they bow down to sun, moon or stars nor any image above or beneath the earth nowhere in the universe, neither to deny their black melanite Hebrew Israelite identity, the copper color skin people.

Therefore our Rastafari children are being brought up in such a royal and beautiful manner.

For an officer of the respected Christian society not having their pastors observing such laws in the bible should not choose to attack a Rastafari person, an upstanding citizen of his own country in such a rude manner by cutting the person's locks for being in the light and setting the example of the Almighty Yah Rastafari by growing their locks that which is apart of their whole soul being and existence as a human being.

The cutting of the locks of an indigenous person without the attention of the HIGH PRIEST of the nyabinghi theocracy reign order, consent of families, doctors with tangible reports, authoritative persons in the high stations and offices of the Rastafari nation of his imperial majesty is a total violation of our Emperor. HIM Emperor Haile King Selassie I, The Hebrew Isrelite King and God, their human rights and indigenous people's rights.

The act of cutting a person's locks is one of the biggest violations of human and indigenous people's rights. Based on the historical abuse of the Rastafari Nation not only in Jamaica but worldwide. We've now considered this as an attack on our people's national culture, freedom as equal people, and human rights.

Policemen and women are also mothers and fathers of the nation with a difference in the cap they wear, as to the indigenous people of the tribal supreme nation, often the blame game and finger-pointing, are being placed on these officers of which some might be at fault while others may not, When they are merely following orders from their heads of state.

They're those who are hiding behind a good reputation and a clean name and yet their influences are of the negative sort. They're those with powers vested in them from the colonial heads who are giving orders for the officers of the state to be abusive to their citizens. We must not forget that our black people were all brought here as human laborers for the cotton, banana, sugar, coffee, cocoa, gold, and diamond plantations. Therefore, if we should look back at the time before the first political party in Jamaica and even after such at this time they're all being enslaved, tortured, raped, lynched, hanged, for the sake of their economical growth which has enriched their colonial kingdoms while having black people ruling over black people with hate, grudge, violence, killing and the list goes on.

All the black men, women, and children labored energy, have been transformed into raw cash for the slave masters government system. Therefore an office wearing the uniform of the slave master should not think or act differently from his fellow citizens nor should we bear any grudge, having any scorn, nor should be acting scornful towards the citizens he/she swore to protect and serve. We all knew this is a wicked slave colonial system and everyone is just trying to get by in escaping the fangs of the wicked British colonial government, who have slaved black people.

We should unite and look out for each other as black people in this time, day, and age and not allowing the pandemic crisis to scatter us for the next 2,000 years in their slavery system. We no longer tolerate the abusive treatment from the wicked British colonial government.

The government of Jamaica, which is an extended arm of the British government respectfully, needs to have full respect for the rastaman as most of these government officials of our country their parents are Rastafari. Therefore they need to put in place orders and laws, to protect the rastaman, woman, and children and their culture and for the entire country of Jamaica and its citizens on all African cultural aspects of the people who are indigenous to the land and their practices, identifying them as such noble people under the natural laws of creation. The government of Jamaica needs to start preparation for handing over all black men, women, and children to the government of Rastafari. We the Hebrew Israelites knew very well that the Messiah spoken of in the bible is a black rastaman and no one can deny it.

Therefore the cutting of the locks is a total violation of our human rights and indigenous people's rights. Whenever your hair is not growing it is a sign of some illness, on that account, our locks are signs of a good healthy individual, to the level of such a person's health care for other parts of his/her body and well-being.

Let us not abuse or kill ourselves in the names of these slave masters, Let the powers of the highest Jah Rastafari, bless and keep us as long as the heaven, earth, sun, moon, and stars exist. We need to show more love to ourselves as a nation of black people.

Article 2 of the Indigenous Peoples Rights have stated

Article 2 - Indigenous peoples and individuals are free and equal to all other peoples and individuals and have the right to be free from any kind of discrimination, in the exercise of their rights, in particular, that based on their indigenous origin or identity.
